Here you are again! Into the kitchen, trying to show off your cooking skills but have no idea of what to prepare.

Once you get to the dessert option, we have a perfect and easy-to-make solution for you – a Japanese souffle cheesecake.

It is not so heavy to eat, consists of only three ingredients and you will need roughly about an hour to make it.

The ingredients are as follows:

At first, remove the egg yolks from the whites and place the whites in the fridge a bit to cool down. Then turn the oven to 170 degrees in order to preheat until the time of baking.

Melt the white chocolate in a pan on steam. It the meanwhile leave it to melt down and take out the whites from the fridge.

Go on and whisk it until you get a foamy white surface. Once the chocolate melts down, remove it from the steamer, and add the cream cheese at first, mix it, then the egg yolks, before you proceed adding a bit of the mixture of the whites at the same time mixing it all in the pan until you have it all together. Mix all of the ingredients well.

Take a 15 cm pan and grease it well. Also get some baking paper and grease it too. Wrap the paper around the sides of the pan as demonstrated in the video and pour in the mixture.

Place this pan into a larger and deeper one which you need to fill in with hot water.

Place it in the oven, and bake it in three intervals. Firstly, bake it at 170 degrees for fifteen minutes, then bake it for an additional fifteen minutes on 160 degrees and at the end just turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for another fifteen minutes.

Afterwards, take it out and leave it to cool down before serving. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar for decoration, or use another trick, such as pouring a melted white chocolate all over it.
