Renee has had over 20 years of applied study in the area of health and wellness, certification training as a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Life Strategies Coach in the areas of psychological health and well-being along with holding a bachelor of science in human services.  She decided to share her knowledge and understanding through her recently published book, Serenity of the Mind: The Process of Self Mastery.


Renee witnessed her Dad deteriorate for over a decade from an unhealthy lifestyle, two back surgeries, prescription drug overload, as well as being diagnosed with bleeding ulcer, depression, anxiety, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, migraines and sciatic nerve damage.  He died at the age of 51 of a massive heart attack.  Renee was only 28 and her first child was 18 months.  Because of her Dad’s death, she refers to as her “rite of passage”, her life started on a new journey that lead her down the path of self-discovery and healing.


Renee states that humans are not predisposed to family genetics and through changing lifestyle, self-defeating internal dialogue as well as eating nutritionally dense food, we can live a long and healthy life free of disease and illness.  Serenity of the Mind: The process of Self Mastery takes you down this journey.   Through the process of self-observation, self-discovery and questioning the world around you to find your own truth you will learn how to:

  • Maneuver life circumstances with less difficulty

Renee states that self-Mastery is a lifelong process, however with each small break through or beneficial change it unquestionably makes the time and effort worthwhile.
