They have sensitive immunity and that’s why they should put the accent on organic and fresh foods.

Blood type B

People with blood type B have the most versatile digestive tract and are called the nomads. Their blood type first appeared 10,000 years ago and is adaptable to dairy products. However, these individuals should avoid wheat, corn, lentils, buckwheat, peanuts, sesame seeds and tomatoes. Chicken can also cause some health issues. It is suggested that they should eat vegetables, certain meat, eggs and low-fat dairy products.

Blood type AB

This is the ‘youngest’ blood type, only 1,000 years old. Because it is the most recently developed group, the choice of foods varies between blood type A and blood type B. The foods that are recommended for individuals with blood type AB include tofu, seafood, green veggies and dairy. Dr. D’Adamo states that these individuals often struggle with heartburn and that’s why they should stay away from alcohol, caffeine and smoked meat.
